IPC Inspection
IPC-A-610 is the electronics industry’s most widely used inspection standard for certifying the acceptability of electronic assemblies. Foresite has both Certified IPC Trainers (CIT) and Certified IPC Application Specialists (CIS) on staff to ensure that the client receives accurate, reliable and repeatable assessments of their electronic assemblies.
Deliverables for IPC-A-610 Inspection
Electronic assemblies can be assessed to Class 1, 2, or 3 standards. The client will receive a report indicating whether each assembly is acceptable, acceptable with process indicators, or unacceptable/defective. Process indicators and/or defective characteristics are photographically documented and included in the final report to assist the client in positively identifying areas for improvement and in implementing corrective actions, if necessary.
